Tara Nicole Hughes is a professional Dancer, Choreographer and Movement Coach for film, TV and stage. Hughes has worked on every major musical film over the last decade including Chicago, Rent, The Terminal, Nine, Rock of Ages, Burlesque, and Disney's Mary Poppins Returns, starring Emily Blunt and Lin-Manuel Miranda. She has coached some of the most brilliant of our time including Daniel Day Lewis, Nicole Kidman, Tom Hanks, Penelope Cruz and Tobey Maguire, as well as major music stars including Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson and Cher. With Tara’s Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and her understanding of the healing power of dance, she has created the program INsideOUT, a powerful and practical workshop using meditation, visualization and dance movement to bring more inner peace and health.
She is on faculty at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, and teaches master classes, workshops and retreats internationally.
